DEI Profiler

This page isolates DEI-related ConceptSearch evidence in USAJOBS postings. The DEI term list used for the TrumpDEIList measures is from the New York Times interactive article on terms removed from federal agency websites. Protected-class terms and research-team DEI labels are shown separately where available.

How to read this page. These are federal posting-text term measures. They can show changes in language and standardized posting text; they should not be read as direct evidence of agency intent, compliance, or workplace practice without source-text review.
Shared terms. Pre/post rates are shares of postings with the selected term set before versus after the transition. Within means changes inside occupations; composition means changes from the occupation mix.

Source Notes

DEI TrumpDEIList terms are from the New York Times interactive article linked above. The dashboard distinguishes these from protected-class and other research-team DEI labels because some DEI-category rows appear in nearly all federal postings as standardized equal-opportunity or protected-class language. The shift-share and occupation tables use staged USAJOBS warehouse aggregates: AGGR_DEIShiftShare, AGGR_DEIWithinOccupation, AGGR_DEIBySubcatMonth, and AGGR_DEIByDeptSubcat.

Evidence path: USAJOBS source and release checks are listed in Agreement And Audit Trail. Interpretation limits for posting text are summarized in What Postings And Taxonomies Can And Cannot Say.
